Midlandia Helles Lager

Introducing our first low alcohol (LA) beer sitting right at 3.4% abv. With a flavor profile that rivals any light domestic draft you can find around town, keep it local—and welcome to Midlandia!

Gaffer's Old Brew Lager

A light American lager, brewed with flaked rice, 6 row and 2 row malts and just enough hops. This, my friend, comes in pints! Go ahead, you can have one even if you've had a whole half already. Cue LOTR scene.

Sea Glass Ginger Lager

Ahoy! Look what just washed ashore This ginger-infused lager is just the refresher you need for this late summer heat! A perfect balance between the fragrant ginger and crisp and crushable lager.

Prairie Harvest Hefeweizen

A true hefeweizen brewed with tettnang and hallertau hops, barley, and wheat malt blended with Kernza perennial grain. Enjoy the beauty of fall with this festive seasonal beer.

McCauley's Irish Red Ale

A traditional Irish red: Malt forward and brewed clean and light with a high attenuation yeast. Toss one back and join the 600+ year history of this Irish ale. Named after the brewers grandfather and namesake: Ted Mccauley.

Gale's Pale Ale

A seasonally refreshing pale ale that's bursting with fruity flavor from the Mosaic hops. A friend for life— let Gale lead the way. Available for a limited time this summer.

Portal Pale Ale

Transport into the world of craft beer with this easy pale ale. It's like biting into a fresh loaf of baked bread. Mmmmm!

Moth Dust Hazy IPA

Named after a benevolent moth friend who visited us during brew day and must have sprinkled us with good luck because this hazy IPA hits the jackpot! It’s brewed with absurd amounts of Nectaron, Citra and Amarillo hops. Oh, and check out that haze!

Zest of Life Grapefruit IPA

The unofficial beer of adventure! Whether you just got done biking, hiking, or throwing the disc golf around, capping the day off with this grapefruit IPA is the zest of life!

Far West Coffee Stout

A new coffee stout is on the menu, and this time we've sourced local. You can't get much fresher than Midland roasted coffee beans straight from Far West Coffee, only a few blocks away! This caffeine infused stout has a sweet hint and dessert-like finish.

'Froth Wing' Mexican Chocolate Porter

Inspired by a popular dragon rider book series, this porter features notes of chocolate, cinnamon, sweet vanilla, and just a hint of chili that slowly builds with each sip.

Twilight Imperial Stout

A perfect winter warmer, this Russian Imperial Stout is hit with a healthy amount of fresh vanilla beans and cocoa nibs infused in TX whiskey.

Froth Wing bombers

The following is an excerpt from the journal of a member of the beer drinkers quadrant: "Upon drinking the porter, I could taste notes of chocolate, cinnamon, and sweet vanilla. With just a hint of something else. I needed more. Before I knew it, a subtle heat was building. It was pleasant. Not overpowering, yet, I felt a sense of power. Hypergraphia is our original coffee stout, also known as our "alcoholic cold brew". Heavy workloads? Burning the midnight oil? Grab one of these bombers, and power through. You got this!

Far West Bombers

After collaborating with the crew from Far West Coffee, we used their roasted beans in our original coffee stout recipe. It contains caffeine, and sits at 11.1% abv. It may be a good idea to share this strong "hipster four-loco" with friends!
